"Great Company Easy to Use"

What do you like best about Sertifi? I like how simple it is to use. Very clear and simple for end users. What do you dislike about Sertifi? Nothing really. It really is that simple. Recommendations to others considering Sertifi: Keep doing what you are doing. What problems is Sertifi solving and how is that benefiting you? No Problems. Benefits, well listen it just works like it is supposed to never had a problem.

Its e-signatures drives the bonkers away and makes our lives a lot easier.

PROS: The best aspect this tool has its e-signature features. As brokers, this gives us an efficient and rapid response from the carrier. It also helps us make use of our time wisely in tracking signed rate confirmations via PDF or fax. CONS: I don't favor the "carrier can update" section. Carriers have a tendency to lie about their "in" and "out" times for detention reasons, and tha can be confusing for the long term.

I’ve had a great experience with Sertify.

PROS: I like how I can keep in touch with my Sertify rep whenever I need help with something. If I feel like I need to troubleshoot something, he's there to give me a helping hand. At times, he would even do the work for me! CONS: I ran into several small glitches within the system although they're still in the middle of being worked out. Some of them were already resolved.

I highly recommend Sertifi to everyone.

PROS: What I favour with Sertifi is its easy of use. It takes mere seconds to send documents for signing in an efficient yet secure manner. CONS: I always have to resort to sending policies about to be signed to new hires. This involves sending the same message over and over again explaining the signing process. I just wish there's a template available to make the entire process efficient.

What do you like best about Sertifi? Sertifi is so easy to use for both the person sending the quote and the recipient. Saves paper because everything is electronic. It sends you emails when the recipient views the proposal and signs, so it makes it super easy to use. Saves me a lot of time drafting the quotes. Would highly recommend Sertifi ! "Document signatures - Purchase Orders / Invoices"

What do you like best about Sertifi? It's very simple, you just attach your purchase order through Salesforce and send it to the contact on the account. What do you dislike about Sertifi? No real complaints, would probably make sense to just put all of the fields that you need to fill in on one page instead of going through multiple pages considering how few things you need to add (email, message, file attachment). What do you like best? E-Sertifi is the only program my company uses to send out documents for signing. It's easy to log into, easy to drop whatever boxes you might need onto the document. My favorite feature is the automatic executed copy email that goes out to all associated parties. What do you dislike? Right around 4-5pm everyday, E-Sertifi can get buggy. I'm not sure if that's our system internally or E-Sertifi, but I usually can't use the program at all once those glitches start. All ...
