What do you like best? Sertifi is very easy to use. easy for clients to use too. What do you dislike? card expires after 30 days if don't used. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? N.A

"Ease of using Sertifi"
What do you like best about Sertifi? The ease of pulling up a signed contract quickly. No need to waste time scanning for me and the client to scan agreements. What do you dislike about Sertifi? Sometimes clients have issues with it saying they can’t pull up their signed contract and I sometimes need to do extra work to get it to them. What problems is Sertifi solving and how is that benefiting you? The need to no longer scan agreements and the credit card safety security for the consumer.

Updates if the client reviewed/signed, how fast that it What do you dislike about Sertifi? that it sends a link that is already expired if it hasn't been signed. confusing for customers What problems is Sertifi solving and how is that benefiting you? fast, the client does not need a printer/fax to send it back

It would be great if there was a way to categorize the links sent out by the person.... for instance, if you send a link to the same person twice, to have a main option for that person and the sub options that show all the times you have sent them a CC link. I have recently sent probably about 50 different links within 2 days and it was hard for ...

What do you like best about Sertifi? The way the system is set up... it's basically fool proof. The guest have an easy and yet feel very secure to process their information... This is a great site to use instead of the ancient credit card authorization forms that were required when someone needed to pay (used in a hotel). What do you like best? Setting up Sertifi is very easy and from a user standpoint, sending out proposals for signature is very user friendly What do you dislike? Nothing that I can think of.
