What do you like best? very safe and client enjoy to use it as they do not have to print and scan the form as the old fashion way What do you dislike? that you can you the link only once, s when is the same company they need to get always a link, instead they would prefer to use the same link more than once What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No problem

What do you like best about Sertifi? I like sertifi because it is a secure system that allows for the customer to feel safe that their credit card information is being protected. Also, I like that they can open it right on their phone. What do you dislike about Sertifi? The credit card authorization form is sometimes not user friendly. What do you like best? I like being able to copy and paste credit card numbers into our PMS system. Eliminates any typing errors from printed forms. What do you dislike? I understand for security reasons, but it's a pain to always have to wait for a security code in email to be able to pull card numbers. This isn't always quick or efficient. It is supposed to only be when the system logs you out. This is not always the case. It's a pain logging in so much if you multi-task and have to be in ...

What do you like best about Sertifi? The client is safe & secure while sharing credit card data and also reduces follow-up time. The client feels safe when he learns that he doesn't have to share credit card authorization via email and the link is also secure where the card expires after a stipulated time. What do you like best? The PDF authorization form is easy to use What do you dislike? Wish we got (senders) reminders emailed to us detailing if someone hasn't signed within 48 hours What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to track whats been sent to clients
