As a Supervisor, I now can trust that we will no longer get “bad” or stolen credit cards come through and my and my team’s focus won’t have to be on making sure their credit cards are legit. What do you like best about Sertifi? The client is safe & secure while sharing credit card data and also reduces follow-up time. The client feels safe when he learns that he doesn't have to share credit card authorization via email and the link is also secure where the card expires after a stipulated time. "Ease of using Sertifi"

What do you like best about Sertifi? The ease of pulling up a signed contract quickly. No need to waste time scanning for me and the client to scan agreements. What do you dislike about Sertifi? Sometimes clients have issues with it saying they can’t pull up their signed contract and I sometimes need to do extra work to get it to them. What problems is Sertifi solving and how is that benefiting you? The need to no longer scan agreements and the credit card safety security for the consumer.

What do you like best about Sertifi? The way the system is set up... it's basically fool proof. The guest have an easy and yet feel very secure to process their information... What do you like best about Sertifi? I love this it is so simple to use and is almost instant. This is a great site to use instead of the ancient credit card authorization forms that were required when someone needed to pay (used in a hotel). The form is sent and can be filled within 2 minutes electronically.
