What do you like best about Sertifi? Using Sertifi helps me filter out unreliable clients before they even become clients. When someone verbally commits to working with me long-term, I no longer have to just take their word for it until we see each other in person again. Sertifi allows me to send the contract right away, which means I can send an invoice right away, which means I get paid by the client *before* our first session. "With some added features, Sertifi would be perfect!"
What do you like best? Everything is in one place. No more faxes, random phone calls, handwriting we can't read.... What do you dislike? There may be a reason for this, but it is very inconvenient that we can not search by guest name, confirmation number, or the credit card number What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Best is that we do not have to call cc companies to validate/verify cc info!

What do you like best about Sertifi? We no longer have to worry about faulty cards. Sertifi's credit card validation takes so much stress away from doing our business. What do you dislike about Sertifi? To be honest it does exactly what I hoped it would do. No complaints. What problems is Sertifi solving and how is that benefiting you? No problems... really love the benefit of saving both my time as well as the customers.

"Makes processing funds easy"
What do you like best? I like that it sends emails to let you know proper information and when transactions are complete. What do you dislike? I don't like that I can't change the signing document after I publish it. I have to delete and start over again. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? In this digital age, you can get needed signatures for all the finances that need to be taken care of.
