Great Interface and Customer Support

What do you like best? The customer support team responds very quickly any time I have a question and does whatever they can to make my life easier. What do you dislike? The only issue I have found so far (I have only had the service for about a month) is the character limit for sending an auto response when someone joins a group. Helpful but needs design overhaul

What do you like best? It's great having one place to reach out to multiple people via text and the platform is fairly simple to use! What do you dislike? The design needs an update and maybe better color coding for read versus unread. Also recognition for duplicate contacts. You should also be able to click on a contact and see recent messages with them under their name with group messages vs individual messages clearly marked. Life is so much easier with Send Hub

What do you like best? Any of our 105 employees can access it form their computer to send a client a text message. Our responses by text message seem to be higher than what we get from email on certain clients so this is just another way to make the process smooth for us and out clients What do you dislike? What do you like best? SendHub makes it easy for your business partners to contact you (and vice versa) via text messages vs. phone calls or emails. Easy to understand platform and responsive customer service!

What do you like best? The platform is very intuitive. For someone new to texting platforms, it's easy to use and easy to get started. I've also had very good experiences working with SendHub staff. Someone always answers the phone and is able to resolve my questions/issues efficiently. What do you dislike?
