Worst experience ever.

Worst experience ever. We've been a very long term customer of SendGrid. Out of the blue, they suspended our account. It was impossible to speak to anyone about this, a week has passed and they still never got back to us, so we lost all of our emails that were sent to customers. We've moved away from SendGrid now and will NEVER use them again.

Absolutely abysmal support

Absolutely abysmal support. I had a critical non-delivery issue with one of my client websites and it took SendGrid 25 DAYS TO SEND THE INITIAL CONFIRMATION for that high priority ticket, and it was just to ask if I still needed help. Support is obviously not important to them. Obviously, I had plenty of opportunity to shop around, so I have moved to Postmark -- the service and support have been absolutely amazing and my only regret is that I didn't choose Postmark in the first place.

Do not use SendGrid

Average answer time on support messages is 5 weeks !! This on year 2020.And usually the answer is after 4 weeks incomplete.UI is very poorly grouped, not intuitive, many topics templates, statistics are in many different places.UI does not update nowhere - only browser refresh shows current right view.Terminology changes all the time and templates are confusing.API used to be good in SendGrid times before 2018, after that categories ? and many other features that used to work are not working.

Honteux

I think they turned off the lights and went home

More than 15 days to get response to a support request and the response doesn't address the issue. All of these negative reviews about service are exactly my experience. Avoid sendgrid.

Be careful to use SendGrid in production

We are working on e-commerce product and have decided to use SendGrid for sending our users confirmation emails. Everything was fine, users registered, emails sent, but after a week our SendGrid account was blocked without any notifications. After two support requests to SendGrid we have receved email from them where they ask us to know more about our business. Our answer was very fast, but 3 days gone and no any feedback from SendGrid was received and our account still blocked. So, be ...

Pointless company. Serves no purpose.

Unless you're willing to spend over $80 a month on a dedicated IP don't bother with SendGrid. They cannot send emails to Hotmail addresses.... You heard that correctly... IF YOUR CUSTOMER HAS A HOTMAIL ADDRESS, THEY WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR EMAILS. That just seems insane for a business who's sole purpose is to deliver emails. If that's not already a deal breaker, there also is no customer service. If your business is suffering because your emails aren't being delivered you will likely be ...

Avoid like the plague.

Customer support, just copy pastes their documentation to explain the obvious and make you buy the Pro plan at the expensive cost of $80/month. Looking for other services, lost all hope to fix this.

Waste of time, consider other services

Don't waste your time, I am having an issue with emails not being delivered. I tried to contact sendgrid's tech support, it's been 2 weeks and I have received no response. I started a ticket and tried the live chat, neither worked. This is not the first time this happens, but unfortunately, I have no control over which service we use as they're the only service our obscure system connects to.
