BECAREFUL WITH SENDGRID., is a FRAUD!I was on a 15 usd monthly plan for 5 months; on the 6th month they billed me for 1,800 usd from my card in one month, No explanation!Sendgrid wont respond.

This is the worst email service…

This is the worst email service provider company I've ever used! I can't even login into my account. Not only that my account always goes under review whenever I don't open my account for more than a week and then I cant even send emails. I can't signup from any device due to some captcha error. I don't recommend anyone to use SendGrid at any point in their life.

Without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had

This is without a doubt the worst email provider/ service provider I have ever encountered. STAY AWAY FROM SENDGRID. I was given advice to delete DNS records in AWS and after 3 times telling me I need to delete the records I finally deleted them and our site went down. This was during a big marketing campaign and was middle of the night for our dev team. Cost us thousands. Horrible

Horrible. Tried to move from Mailchimp but this has been one of the worst software providers I have ever experienced. Still have open support tickets from almost 2 weeks ago, and the rep. blames Covid for not getting responses.Dont use.

Worst mail delivery system ever

Worst mail delivery system ever. Suspended my business account and they leave you hanging for no reasons. No help to resolve the issue. No clarity or recommendation on what to do. I cannot wait to move to another provider.

Don´t trust your business to them

Absolutely dreadful experience - We only use the account for our SMS2email service ie. customers receive messages they have requested... so it is impossible for the account to be used for spam as 1) it is for customer use only 2) It is for response emails that customers have requested... as such we have a 97% reputation record as given by SendGrid.For no known reason Account suspendedAlready 12 days & no response from support in spite of many follow ups.If you are a business relying on ...

Sendgrid started as a livesaver, these days it sucks 80% of our time and causes a LOT of grey hair

What do you like best? It's a powerful platform that powers email infrastructure for our app notifications and other key functionality. Very low delivery rate

Just signed up for SendGrid, but it appears the SendGrid server I'm on (and by the looks of it all other SendGrid servers) is listed on the Spamhaus blacklist causing all emails to Outlook, including hotmail, to be blocked. About 40% of all my emails are being blocked.Apparently this has been going on for weeks and support is non-existent.If I pay for an email service, I'm expecting better delivery rate than my web server. I wish I could give zero stars…

I wish I could give this zero stars because 1 is too many to give. This is such a joke service!We signed up for the service because we send tens of thousands of emails per day and didn't want the extra strain on our server.
