Terrible experience since a few month

Terrible experience since a few month. Most of my emails are considered as spam with spamhaus because of sendgrid ip pools used by spammers. SendGrid say they cannot give an ETA to remove the ips from spam list and suggested to buy the $80 subscription to have a dedicated IP. Will not use this service anymore

We use sendgrid for marketing…

We use sendgrid for marketing automation. It was recommended for us (marketing team) to use. The functionality is worst than basic. Support is non-existent and I find myself always knowing the product better than the support team there. Unless you're an engineer who likes to mess around with APIs, Sendgrid is not the tool for you!

Non-existent Support, not recommending SendGrid

We use SendGrid's API to send emails and use their webhook to receive email delivery status notifications. We're a paying customer. After an issue with their webhook responses related to a particular email was identified, a support ticket was created with severity level D2 (intermittent production impact). 4(four) weeks later they have not touched that ticket. Paid Users are paying for Free users - STAY AWAY!

Been with SendGrid since 5 years with Paid Plan. However now a days, they are sharing the servers of Paid Plan (~14.95$ Plan) with free users and those free users are blacklisting the server IP. And, as a result our emails are getting rejected by gmail and outlook. I send very important transactional emails which are now rejected.When I contacted the support they said I need to upgrade to more higher plan and get a dedicated IP by paying 30$ additional. Suspension without reason and no reply to support tickets

We've been loyal customers of SendGrid for 7 years or so, kept lists pristine and maintained almost perfect 99% reputation. SendGrid suspended our business's account without any warning or notification at all after I reported to them that we received a phishing email from some other SendGrid sender (we were not compromised at all). We're not getting any response to our support requests, meanwhile critical business emails from our system are not being delivered and are getting lost forever ...

Support unavailable for the past 3 weeks

Support is unavailable for the past 3 weeks, this has made it impossible to sort out an invoicing issue or receive help on technical issues as a paying client.A number of their IPs getting blacklisted during the past month has not helped with the overall experience either.

Email down for 4 weeks...

Email service down for about 4 weeks in total, support only respond if you hassle them publicly on Twitter.Recently our automated emails for our business website stopped getting through. Turns out SendGrid had managed to get most of their IP addresses blacklisted with SpamHaus which pretty much shutdown their ability to send email.It took 4 days to get a response to my support ticket (after hassling them via Twitter), and then 3 more weeks until they updated the case.I have moved to another ...
