Account suspended for no reason but money withdrawn

They have good API but once I started to use this service they simply suspended my account after a while. At the same time their service shows that I have 100% reputation. Almost 3 weeks are passed but I still do not know why I was suspended! They do not respond. At the same time they withdrawn money for the month for non-working service! I agree with a lot of people who made feedback here: probably better to choose another service

Horrible documentation and support process

API docs have horrible documentation.Tons of missing API response examples.Their support case management system is on the fritz and requires frequent follow up just to make sure it didn't get merged/closed out.

Spammers & Fraudsters hosted by SendGrid, Inc

SendGrid, Inc is hosting spammers / fraudsters to send spam emails out that are phishing emails, despite of the fact that these emails are reported to them, but still these emails are being sent out. Reported them to UK Cyber crime agency part of NCA.

Account banned/suspended for no reason.No warning, no information about why this happened?Trying to get in contact with them for the last 7 days. Support is non-existent, switching to another service.

Run away from Sendgrid. Run as fast as you can!

I spent $1400 integrating our apps api with Sendgrid's transactional emails. Emails started getting blocked because the shared pool ip we were in was blacklisted because there was a "paypal phish emitter"sharing the ip. Sendgrid has no process for managing bad actors like this. The only solution is pay $89.95/mo for a dedicated ip. So I upgraded. And their system would not upgrade our account. Now all I can do is go to a competitor and spend $1400 to integrate the api emails again.

Really bad support

For month now, a shared IP is blacklisted at Spamhaus. So many emails are not delivered and I have emailed them so many times. They say that they are doing everything to solve this but they do not. Even once they told me very happy that the problem was solved. But still, after months, many emails are not getting through. Very frustrating. I am really not satisfied with SendGrid.

Locked out of account.

Locked out of account.My IP got blocked and spent 2 days trying to get back in. Had to contact them on twitter to get a reply. Also some of their shared IPs are flagged as spam by spamhaus. Recommend to upgrade to their $80/month plan... Not great service. Looking at switching

The greatest help for spammers

The greatest help for spammers. The wet dream for a lot of developers because there are no rules for using it. SPAMMERS can send and spoof as much as they want. Sendgrid does completely nothing to block all the scams that are sent from their platform. They distance them selves from any responsibility too. Already contacted them long ago, no reaction until know.

Awful service with horrid support

Awful service with horrid support. They dropped the service to my highly populated website without even sending me an email, deleted my account and all of my paid services because I didn't login for a bit.
