We've been using SendGrid for several…

We've been using SendGrid for several years now to facilitate the mass amounts of emails we send to customers. This has allowed a more consistent delivery, no bottlenecking on O365, and ease of use due to the API integration. We use the mid-tier service to capitalize on a separate IP. Overall no complaints, and documentation has come a long way in recent history.

SendGrid provides excellent service at a very fair price

We have been using SendGrid for many years now and I have never been let down. They are always online and we have never experienced any downtime. They are constantly growing their offering and the services and tools they provide. I cannot think of anything that I would add that they do not currently have and offer.There is really no reason not to use SendGrid as your email provider and if you have not yet checked them out, you should.

I have used a fair few email platforms…

I have used a fair few email platforms in my years as a online comms professional.I have yet to use a platform with better interface and functionality and can't recommend SendGrid highly enough.If you need to use a mailing platform do yourself a favour and use this one, you won't regret it.

Most of the times works very well. Have had some problems with deliverability due to shared IPs. Customer service is good quality.

Great Service

What do you like best? It is very easy to get up and running with the SendGrid API and it performs very well. The service has been stable with no major issues for us. What do you dislike? Some features are a little limited like batch sending with subusers. The service is a little on the expensive side. Best All in one email marketing solution

SendGrid has helped us scale-up our email marketing needs right from promotional, transactional as well as sending over shipping notifications SendGrid is doing wonders for us. Highly recommended for all in one email automation tool. Thanks

Completely unreliable - avoid!

Wow wish I had read some of these before wasting time building an integration. My issue is with very poor delivery rates. On the lower tarriffs (ie anything below the fixed-ip offering at $80/ month you're lumped in on a shared ip with, apparently, a bunch of spammers. They don't seem to have the means to distinguish between legit users and spammers - unless of course you're willing to pay $80 forthe premium offering.This leads to blacklisting - for us it was an inability to send anything ...
