I tried Sendgrid several days and it was BAD
I tried Sendgrid several days.What I noticed first was that I got a lot of emails back that could not be delivered. Many error messages from other smtp servers saying that Sendgrid's IP's were blocked for sending spam. I used Sendgrid to send back automated replies to emails I received myself. Customizable email services, great for small businesses
When we were switching internal databases, we reviewed several major email service providers to determine what might be the best fit. Using sendgrid for the last 5 years
We have integrated sendgrid API. They provide us with good email deliverability which is a key factor for us. The stats about the email campaigns they send are near accurate and we can trust them. We also use an alternate service provider just to make sure that emails blocked by sendgrid are delivered through that provider.Sendgrid also provides us with interesting articles via their insiders program. SendGrid is the best choice for transactional and marketing emails
SendGrid is great for building and sending transactional emails and creating beautiful email marketing campaigns. It's appropriate for all levels of email knowledge from beginner to expert. We use SendGrid to send marketing campaigns to enterprise customers, transactional emails to our app users, and for one-off email sends across multiple use cases. I've found the interface for building and sending marketing emails to be very intuitive and easy to navigate.

Our company has been using SendGrid for over 5 years now, and though we occasionally looked around to see if there are other services, we always circle back to SendGrid. They offer all the tools we could ever need, and then some, and for a spectacular price. Couple that with their constant improvements, added features, and great support, it would just be silly for us to go elsewhere for email service.

We have been trialling SendGrid on one…
We have been trialling SendGrid on one of our apps (only 1/20th of our email volume for a month now and we haven't been impressed so far. For starters, our account got randomly suspended for compliance and security checks which is fine but we weren't notified before or during, we had to contact them to ask what was going on as our customers weren't getting their OTP emails. Then we've already experienced an outage, well it happens to the best... Then you should know that they make updates ...

Expensive and poor features
The product is quite expensive. It sends email ok but the marketing tool for emails is obnoxious. Ridiculous for that price tag.

Been using SendGrid for about 3 years…
Been using SendGrid for about 3 years now for Skreem. They have a very good documentation and their support system is amazing. The integration hardly took us 30 min to start sending out emails. They have been constantly upgrading the product and introducing new features to help our business.
