Great for students

What do you like best? Their support and unsubscribe groups... Also the generous discounts for students! What do you dislike? Unsubscribe group only available for APi Recommendations to others considering the product: This is great software, and well, since they would only limit email quota, not features, get this! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? cPanel / WHM as well as other php scripts

Created account, payed and got banned instantly

I created an account and payed on August 26th, tried to upload my lists, it was impossible because the service was down, I was not able to access the account on 27th and asked customer support, on 28th they tell they closed the account for violation of service terms."Our system does not provide myself or other members of Support with details regarding decisions made by our compliance team"

One of the best in the emailing market

One of the best in the emailing market. I’ve tried like 10 different services. I don’t wanna give the name of the other services but sendgrid had the most advantage. Other services had high prices or sketchy websites. I’ll stick with sendgrid. But their pricing is ridiculous because they don’t say how much they are gonna charge you. They won’t upgrade your plan so you might end up with paying 10 times of your plan if you exceed the limit!

Don't use this company

Don't use this company, they are a complete joke. You will regret every pennt you spend with them. Filter and read all the negatives on this page and then use a different company for your email needs. Trust me.

The platform and interface is very buggy depending on what browser you use. it is also pretty complicated so be prepared to be very very computer savvy. Beyond that the tools used to maintain your database of emails is extremely poor and their customer service is terrible. They will not answer your questions directly continually refer you to they're useless knowledge base... And that's assuming they just don't ignore you. What do you like best? For me, the thing I like best is making use of the email address finder and the blacklist. Normally that's where our issues arise, and SendGrid makes it really easy to hunt down the messages and the email addresses I need to ensure proper delivery. What do you dislike?
