They don't really offer free trial of their services , their only concern is money money money , how can I buy your service if you suspend my account from your free trial !!!BEWARE looks like their own concern is your pockets not real email delivery !

Good monitoring but expensive and no IP reputation protection.
What do you like best? Good reporting export and activity data. What do you dislike? Reputation protection is non existent . RELENTLESS SPAM PLATFORM - AVOID AVOID AVOID
I'm continually getting spam trash from these morons. I'm continually complaining and all they're doing is protecting their spammy customers. I would suggest that any legitimate company that cares about their reputation doesn't consider such an unscrupulous company like this lot. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Sendgrind sends no more for me.
well.... I use it to send customer emails via woo-commerce. Someone somehow hacked my API key even though I only use gmail to send emails, the rest is automated through woo-commerce. Big Firewalls in place on server that have a zero tolerance for any kind of hacking.... 40K emails sent in 1 day, busted my account limits. Notified support via chat. They in turn placed a hold on my account. 5 days later... 5 submitted requests for a response.... NO response to trouble ticket, I contact some ...

They lie to you in the sales pitch and overcharge you. Customer Service is non existent. When they do reply and just don't care. Worst product that I have ever used.

be careful of using this sendgrid. they save your credit card details and will charge you even after you unsubscribe and remove your payment method.

Great tool for sending out emails and integrating with your own website
What do you like best? I used SendGrid to send out emails and register users on my personal website. It's great for notifying your customers. What do you dislike? The setup and configuration took me some time as I had to install the API library that SendGrid provided for my web application. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Registering new users to my website, sending out notifications to engage users and send them back to my website

Not a good experience
What do you like best? Their stats page. It was very informative and gave various insights. Their support was very responsive and they actually accept that the fault is from their side and compensate it even from their end. The panel is easy to set up and they guide you with everything if you're new to email marketing. What do you dislike? Their IP pool, really annoying to deal with it and they push you to buy their dedicated IP which costs way more because it is included in a ...

Very deceptive and confusing!
I thought SendGrid would be a great alternative to the more established E-Mail Marketing companies, but soon after starting with them it dawned on me I made a huge mistake. First of all, they differentiate between API-mails and marketing mails for some reason, and I got the wrong plan because I did not understand what the difference is. After all, an email is an email?
