Really bad email editor
Really bad email editor. One of the worst I have ever used. Lots of bugs and frustrations. It doesn't have a basic feature to undo editing. CTRL Z doesn't work. That is frustrating! I lost And entire text and couldn't recover it because I can return any action. Is awful!

Sendgrid service is non existent
Sendgrid service is non existent. They recently tripled my billing for no reason and then proceeded to lock me out of my own account. However if you want to speak with customer service you must be logged in......? The corporate phone number goes to a dead extension bank with a message saying they won’t return your calls. Great job Sendgrid!

I am not surprised with their rating here, it's very accurate!Suddenly I can't login to my account and to solve the problem, you must be logged in! What an irony! I've sent them an email and no some days passed but still no reply. Thankfully, I find a better option while waiting for their reply!

They deactivate your account for no reason. All the sent mail becomes invalid, users couldnt click on any sent link due to their restriction. It is nightmare to work with them. I had love their product ( email template ) and now I just want to kill my self because of their service.

The locked my company out of our account without telling us and would not respond to any support requests. Our website stopped sending emails for 3 days without our knowledge. This company has absolutely terrible customer service and they don't care about your company at all.

I have considered Sendgrid to be very revengeful (yes that is right) after weeks of having issues with this company relating to emails not send and their 4 days response time. Sendgrid then disable my account without notice and haven’t responded to my emails, leaving me with angry customers. I would say ignore at all cost

Charged my card, cancelled my account without notice because they could not locate my payment, even after sending proof.
I was satisfied with Sendgrid's service until a few weeks ago. I had put a Visa card on file and my bank notified me that a company wanted to make a fraudulent charge, it was Sendgrid. So I decided to just pay with a MasterCard from a different bank, without doing more research as to why my first bank thought it was fraud. Kept getting emails about me not paying. The support is very bad and no consulting. You have to plan campaigns on your own unlike other players like Pepipost which comes with great email delivery, better consulting and an aggresive prices.
