AVOID SendGrid at all costs - 100% unsecure. No customer support.

AVOID Sendgrid at all costs. The crappiest company and 100% unsecure. No support, no way to contact live human. My account was hacked like it was nothing. All the important transactional emails were going through sendgrid, so now the hacker has access to the data... and I can not do crap, because sendgrid does not even reply to multiple emails!Guys if you plan to use sendgrid - DO NOT DO THIS. AVOID at all costs.

Account hacked for 7+ days, still no response from support.

My account was hacked 7 days ago, and I'm still waiting for help.I emailed them, created a new account and submitted a ticket, talked to a sales representative, messaged their Facebook page, commented on their posts, and did the same with their parent company Twilio.I'm still waiting and I have yet to get any response from anyone at SendGrid, but they can still charge my credit card.Run, don't walk from this company and use a different service like MailGun. They at least answer their ...

Great Experience

A very nice and organized dashboard they have. The customer support is also very snappy.

They completely ignore abuse reports

They completely ignore abuse reports, even when copied direct to their CEO. I am receiving daily phishing abuse messages, all sent via Sendgrid servers and all using phishing hyperlinks pointing to the Sendgrid website. I have reported these diligently to their abuse@ e-mail address for several weeks, and in recent days copied to their CEO's published e-mail address - but the same abuse messages continue to arrive day after day. They have done nothing to block this criminal from their ...

Great company if you are a spamer

Great company if you are a spamer. They allow anyone who pays to use their services which is great if you are a spamer who bought a list of stolen e-mail adresses. It is however not so great if you have a brand you care about. Your emails will be blocked due to many receivers know sendgrid are spamers. Also, in worst case, you might loose ranking in the search-engines as you are branded a spamer just for using the same servers as the not so serius spamers. But again, if you are a spamer, use ...

the free plan seemed like the perfect…

the free plan seemed like the perfect solution for our company's site but we started having issues with the platform after a week of integration, no updates to customers about the issues, the support tickets are practically useless they never get looked at, had to upgrade my plan to pro to atleast get some level of chat support, the system which itself was unreliable and would disconnect while the support team is looking for answers in backend, and no probable solution was provided after 1 ...

Do not trust this company at all

I would not trust this company as far as I could throw it. They must market themselves to spammers and along with zero due diligence churn out spam email, after spam email, after spam email!

Do not use Sendgrid

Same as everyone apparently. Very bad experience.I opened a trial account and when I decide to use it for my company I chose a plan according to my needs and paid for it. My account was immediately suspended for no reason, just after the payment was taken from my account of course. The customer support does not answer

A shame !!

A shame !!! We are paying the pro plan and I don't have any answer to a question in more than a week. I have my welcome email that doesn't work, (all of my other emails are working, so there is no reason), and they don't care.
