Horrible customer service
I opened a support ticket almost one month ago, 'cause using their sending api services a lot of my customer's newsletter don't get received because addresses got blacklisted.They're ignoring me even if we use a paid plan.Horrible customer service

Fraudulent billing practices
SendGrid engages in a fraudulent billing practices. If you go over your plans limit, they will bill you at a ridiculous rate. My plan allowed 25,000 emails per month, but one month I sent 40,000 emails. My plan rate was $70 per month. They billed me $550 because of this overage. (That is the same rate you would pay if you enrolled in their 1 million email per month plan). Reported to BBB and disputed the charge.

Horrid Product and Non-Existent Support
What do you like best? There is nothing to like. You can do better than this with Microsoft IIS Virtual SMTP Server. What do you dislike? Product doesn't work as advertised. Support tickets unanswered and unacknowledged in 72 hours. Recommendations to others considering the product: RUN, don't walk away. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We weren't able to solve any of our problems our realize any benefits.

We trusted after a long discussion to…
We trusted after a long discussion to this company. But after a while we dont get really help on their strange issues. Dont burn time and money to work with SendGrid. We trusted the brand Twilio. But seems they burn with SendGrid the good name of Twilio.

Never will I go back to using SendGrid
Never will I go back to using SendGrid. The customer service seems to be there for the sake of being there. It will never get looked up and answered. Luckily there other reliable and trustworthy alternatives out there. I am glad that their failure to answer made be discover those alternatives....

Avoid at all costs.
I tried to sign up to sendgrid. It accepted my details then blocked me. I emailed 5 times no reply. I then sent a twitter message who gave me another email. Surprise surprise no reply. I went to another website in the end. If this is their customer service I quite glad they did block me.

Skam company. Dont use them!
Worse company ever. Can´t make a simple downgrade at all. Everything needs to go through their billingteam which isnt working. They dont care at all about the customers. Their Customerservice cant do anything at all. use Mailchimp or Sendinblue instead!
