What do you like best about Sendbird? I like using this app because it helps to streamline in-app conversations with current, existing and potential clients. it makes things easier to help mange multiple conversations at once What do you dislike about Sendbird? What do you like best about Sendbird? Sendbird's customer success has been very responsive in accommodating custom request that we have. Although they are a third party partner, it feels like they are a part of my team. What do you dislike about Sendbird? "Great product, pricing, and customer service."
What do you like best about Sendbird? Easy to integrate, easy to understand pricing tier system, BAA compatible, and great customer support (tech support + competent account management) What do you dislike about Sendbird? As long as you don't have BAA requirement, the pricing is great. If you require BAA, it will become expensive. What problems is Sendbird solving and how is that benefiting you? Integration of HIPAA compliant chat within our mobile app. Rock solid stability.

How careful to our needs and how supportive they are What do you dislike about Sendbird? can’t really find something which I did not appreciate Recommendations to others considering Sendbird: Just ping the conmercial team and they will be super responsive and supportive What problems is Sendbird solving and how is that benefiting you? "SendBird is a great product, and a fantastic team to work with!"
What do you like best about Sendbird? The SendBird team is amazing. They're always responsive and helpful whenever we need support. What do you dislike about Sendbird? API documentation could improve, but their team fills in gaps when needed. What problems is Sendbird solving and how is that benefiting you? Were able to build out a robust chat platform with minimal overhead. These features allowed us to differentiate ourselves from other competitors.
