What do you like best about Sendbird? The Sendbird platform has met almost all of our needs for real-time messaging in our native apps and web platform. Their SDKs are full-featured and performant. This is just the worst SAS company…

This is just the worst SAS company we've ever dealt with. There is nobody offering support at Sendbird, and their whole operation is more of a fraud system than anything else. We onboarded with them about 8 months ago, and immediately we were contacted by Daniel who told us to get on a monthly plan of $399/month. We had another 6 months of development in front of us at least, so I asked to get on their development plan, which should be free for customers that are working on integrating ...

"Great experience with Sendbird so far"

What do you like best about Sendbird? We originally used Sendbird for user-to-user chats for a feature on our website. Our launch strategy was to start with low volume and ramp up, which the Sendbird pricing plans supported well. What do you like best about Sendbird? The level of their detailed documentation and their tech team's availability for support. All features like group chat, 1o1 chat etc. are great to have. What do you like best about Sendbird? Well documented APIs and SDKs and a reactive support team What do you dislike about Sendbird? Nothing so far, our integration of Sendbird as been going well.
