What do you like best about Sendbird? Features are fairly robust and there are consistent updates, so I feel like there's effort being made to scale up and take customer feedback into consideration. What do you dislike about Sendbird? So far, Sendbird works well for user to user messaging, but features for admin messaging could be improved. What do you like best about Sendbird? Quick, easy. I can see when my message has been seen, for my own verification. I am also able to see when I am being responded back to in real time. "Minimal intervention from dev teams for enabling chat"
What do you like best about Sendbird? We have almost never seen a downtime at Sendbird in past 2 years. There has been minimal intervention from our tech team in running the chat functionality on our app smoothly. The ability to broadcast messages to all the chat accounts is a very good feature. "Great Tool for Implementing Chat"
What do you like best about Sendbird? APIs are easy to use. Support is very helpful and responsive. What do you dislike about Sendbird? Nothing really. One feature could be to add users per channel instead of per application. What problems is Sendbird solving and how is that benefiting you? We have various services where we allow our subscribers to chat with each other and form a community. We use sendBird for this interation.

Sendbird offers many of the features any chat services needs to be useful to clients and it has created SDKs and UI Kits that make utilizing it minimal engineering effort.
