What do you like best? The setup was fairly easy with integrating into our mobile app. What do you dislike? The monthly costs were out of hand. Less than 2% of our registered users actually utilized the chat feature, yet we paid for each and every user as if they were active. "Really easy to develop and manage your chat"

What do you like best about Sendbird? A lot of things are well documented, making it really easy for the developers to work on it. Dashboard is also really good and easy to use, and there are a lot of configurations you can do without touching the code.
