I've used similar monitoring solutions for years to monitor website uptime and performance and can say that Sematext is leaps and bounds ahead of the competition. Sematext's Synthetics offering specifically gives users the ability to create customized scripts to dig into website availability and ensure that all components are functioning as expected. "Super straightforward insights on your logs"
What do you like best about Sematext Cloud? Just looking at the default graphs it was clear I can reduce my serverless resource usage on Vercel by 90%, by reducing the allocated memory. Sematext simply turns your logs in actionable data, out of the box. Costs, performance, it's all there.

Sematext log analysis simply works - easy to configure and reliable
What do you like best? When we were looking around for managed ELK stack, we had tough time to just configure log shipper of many of them... well except sematext which worked out of the box! Their support has been very responsive and helpful. Once they were proactive to let us know there is something wrong in our config and helped us fix it. What do you dislike? Nothing really. But if I really have to be critical, then perhaps the user access management UI/UX could have been ...
