The false ocean of praise for customer service I see here has to be planted. I signed up for a free trial for Selz but never used their service because I could not get my website up and working. But they charged me for a month when I went over a few days -- and without a warning. Their excuse? "It's our policy." Great customer service and very stylish

So, to be completely transparent, I just started my store and have not had sales yet. However, I have received tons of praise for my website and how professional it is (easily did it all myself with a Selz template with zero experience). What really sets Selz apart is the incredible and instantaneous customer service. I researched 10+ sales platform and it was hands down the best one.
