Terrible platform, shameless liars, terrible customer support!
Terrible liars. Incompetent stuff. Selz will not provide you with the services they promise, instead they will get your photo ID for God knows what reason. Spent weeks on discussions about nothing. Finally banned me from their "Selz Pay" (which is nothing but their integration with Stripe payment system) and advised to go and register at PayPal. These liars told me that Stripe did not like my product, however this is not true, Stripe does not care, I've registered with bigcartel.com and ...

Very Responsive and Interactive
Responsive, accommodating and super helpful! These are adjectives I'd use to describe the person who assisted me. Currently, I have Easy Digital Downloads on my website and it has not been easy getting direct interacting. With Selz it was just the opposite...I interacted with a person from the very beginning. This was a pleasant and rewarding experience. I'm not a Selz customer yet, however I certainly plan to become one very soon!Thank you!

I have struggled with other platforms to get my eBook online. One completely changed the theme of my website, which was devastating, as I I sell services and blog, as well as selling digital goods.Chat is available 24/7 for Selz, and the person just understood what I meant about everything and could direct me in the right direction.
