Can not rate highly enough!
I can not rate this Selz highly enough. It is so easy to sell a great range of physical and digital products. Digital products upload so quickly and there's no need for messy FTP. The way it integrates with Facebook and Square is great too. I've shopped around and tried a lot of platforms including some of the big names and honestly I haven't looked back since making the switch to Selz.

Started good but now unimpressed
When I first opened a store with Selz I was very impressed. It was easy to create a store and personalize it to how I wanted it to look. After a few months, I upgraded for a full year because I liked it so much.But then small problems would emerge - errors when I tried to update. To start with the customer service was fantastic - Judy, in particular, was always there to quickly solve issues. Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service - I ran into an issue in the initial setup of my product and Robynn was quick to resolve the issue; She was extremely knowledgable and understanding. Very impressed and happy with the Selz product and team.

Easy to get setup, great support
Easy enough to setup a store. Would like more customisation and integrations but it seems like new designs and features are added every week. Customer support always on hand and so quick to respond to questions

Extremely bad customer support
Extremely bad customer support. Highly incompetent "Finance team"Will close your account out of the blue without telling you anything or giving you an ounce of reason. They'll just say according to their T&C they have the right to do so. Horrible experience

Selz is a new platform to me
Selz is a new platform to me, so i had a lot problems at the beginning, but now i solved all of these problme under the help of selz staffs, especial Queennie and Judy and Nicole, all of they are very patience and kind.I love selz, hope i will get successed on selz.Thanks again.
