Just a bad company

Incredible Customer Service
I have been looking for a new web builder platform offering to build regular web sites and online stores and I came across Selz. I have a lot of experience with other major web builders. Some of them are good and some of them not. Selz is a very honest company. Selz is the best online store platform you can ever use

Great Service and Customer Support
Great Service and Customer SupportI have been able to successfully sell and market my business and been able to take it to the next level! I love the customer service and they even text you when you first sign up to see if you need help! What great customer service. They are always able to help me no matter how hard the issue is. I had my website running in less than 30 minutes and already had sales the first day! Love this platform! Highly recommend it!

I haven't started using their service yet, but I've dealt with their customer service reps a couple times now, and they've always been really helpful & attentive. Looking forward to start using their service soon! I like all the customizable features!

They are unable to fix a major SSL flaw in their platform. Excuses after excuses for weeks.Every customer sees during check out an extremely worrying message:You should not enter any sensitive information on this site (for example, passwords or credit cards), because it could be stolen by attackers

Selz seems to own iZettle and they just launched eCommerce. I have followed their instructions to the letter for DNS changes for a Domain already owned by me. Time after time, after time, after time and many hours of wasted time and promised call backs, they still have not set up the free SSL because they claim the DNS set up is wrong yet, they show it as valid.
