The PPC optimization toll messed up my amazon marketing campaigns. I was too naive .If something sound too good to be true its usually not true. Customer service poor and they do nothing. I lost money and business. Luckily after 2 weeks I realized whats going on. My advise do not touch it and if you need to optimize your amz campagines do it manually.

Bad customer support and erroneous margin calculations
They messed up margin calculations for a few of my products, couldn't tell me why, and support was being dismissive of any questions about the matter after claiming to have fixed the calculations. You cannot run an amazon business with these types of mistakes.

sellerboard software is simple and easy to use. It is convenient that Amazon takes into account all the commissions automatically, you do not need to make it manually. I immediately see the profit for each product separately, and in general for the day and month. I really like the forecast for sales for the month, and I can calculate how much product I need.
