Completely inadequate software

If you are doing actual volume, this software/company will be a nightmare experience for you as it is for me. It's unfortunate there's not more options in this space. The software has been a disaster as it's filled with errors and limitations. And just imagine, you need help from one of their software engineers and you're told they gather once a week to help people out.
