Fast, understandable, true, goal-oriented

What do you like best? Segmentify team works very very hard, when I send an email, they always answer me in 10 minutes. They understand my requirement and present 2-3 alternatives solution, then we make a brainstorm . I think, product that we use is excellent and we gain high incremantal revenue per mounth.
