Great product and proactive support.
What do you like best? The ease of the product coupled with great management (Merve!) and recommendations. What do you dislike? Nothing that I can comment on - its just seems to work. Maybe packaging the software so can be used across multiple brand channels under the one business. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Just realising the widgets that are available, putting them in place and measuring/pivoting on the results.

If you want to increase AOV and Con Rate then do not think a sec!
What do you like best? Increasing my AOV and Con Rate were the best thing id say! What do you dislike? There is nothing like that so far and never a crossed What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? we didint have upsell-crossell, push notifications and more but now we have everything !

Good recommendation engine that increase your conversion and boost your sales
What do you like best? Easy to use / Algorithms that implied on recommendations are good and beneficial in order to up your conversion rates / Can touch your customers from the various ways / Service quality is good What do you dislike? Great product, even better results.
What do you like best? Segmentify were easy to integrate with, provided expert knowledge and guidance throughout. Our account manager Merve is super efficient and is always quick to help. A Year With Segmentify
What do you like best? The feedback and help from the account managers assigned by segmentify means we are constantly being updated with how to best take advantage of the software. Thanks to this we are able to constantly test and try to get the best returns possible. What do you dislike? Merve is such a great account manager!
What do you like best? The technology behind Segmentify is great and the portal allows for a great level of visibility. The developers are very flexible around the design requests for implementing their widgets onto the website. Best of all they have amazing account managers to help optimise the widgets. Success through partnership and innovation
What do you like best? I really like that there is a good variety of widget types and algorithms available to configure to best suit your customers. Also that the placement of widgets etc is very flexible and customisable. Segmentify has a lot of strong points such as those, but the close working relationship with our account manager Merve and the customer success team is the strongest point. What do you like best? We have been working with Segmentify for more than 3 years. Besides improving conversion rate, I respect their technologies with its stability.
