Brought a trial ( so I thought) and used the service for 2 weeks, not what I was expecting. Does not provide access to material or articles at the Alpha Pick level. There are a lot of other financial services/ news portals that provide more information without the expensive costs of Alpha. Tried to get a refund because it's limitations and was told that I signed up for a special which does not allow refunds, Pretty bad and sad, so basically you just robbed me.

It took so much time and efforts away…

It took so much time and efforts away from me. I could not get a refund after all. Until a lucky day I found (amvic capital) which helped me to recover every penny I have lost online. If you have the same issue as mine too you can check it out.

God help you, if you are relying on a Money Back Guarantee from these THUGS!

I took out an annual subscription to 'Conservative Income Portfolio' on Jan. 4th, 2024, which SA offered me with a 30 day Money Back Guarantee. I cancelled the subscription on Jan. 11th, 2024. SA started by telling me that no refund was available for 30 day subscriptions. WHAT? This went on for days as I repeatedly told them that the $705.43 charge was for an annual subscription and was listed as such under Subscriptions on my Profile with them, all to no avail. I then filed 2 disputes with ...

Unhelpful service with massive automatic price increase

This service is not helpful in general, it's just a lot of articles arguing both for, and against, investment in any given stock. More mud in the water essentially... But what's worse is the deceptive / aggressive sales approach by which they have DOUBLED the cost for the second year and charged this automatically without notice. The business model is clear... Lure people with a low cost, provide little of value and then stitch them up with a massive price increase

I find this company totally unethical

I find this company totally unethical. They have a well defined and published renewal policy and they ruthlessly enforce it. Most companies with annual renewals will let you know your renewal date is coming up and let you decide if you want to continue using their service. NOT SeekingAlpha, no they prey on people not remembering. I asked them to cancel my subscription the day after I noticed my bank account had a renewal charge from them. No way ! They don't care, they are just interested ...

"Bad customer service"

What do you like best about Seeking Alpha? Nothing. Subscribed and was not good. Asked to be refunded within the trial period. Was charged and took way too much time and hassle to get money back. What do you dislike about Seeking Alpha? Signed up for the trial and cancelled within a week. Still got charged $250. Called back to ask what was going on. Was told i never cancelled. Argued for 30 minutes and it was like talking to a rock. never listened to a word I said. Then I called my credit ...

"Seeking Alpha is NOT worth it to me"

What do you like best about Seeking Alpha? SA has a lot of information, much of which is available (for FREE) to anyone who has a brokerage account. What do you dislike about Seeking Alpha? Their "TOP STOCKS" was worth the subscription fee in 2021, but not any longer. What problems is Seeking Alpha solving and how is that benefiting you? In 2021, I could easily keep track of their rankings of "TOP STOCKS", but not now.
