support person got back to me quickly, was polite and gave a good and understandable explanation for my concern. When i contacted again he was again responsive, helpful, and polite.

Quality service and generous company too
I used seeking alpha for few years and it was very good. However I decided to stop investing in individual stocks and for the 3 indexes I don't need seeking alpha. I forgot aobut it and got billed for next year. I asked for a refund and closed the account and they agreed to do it. This is very good.
