What do you like best about Searchanise? The Searchanise search bar widget gives much better options, features, and customization than the BigCommerce out-of-the-box search bar. Being able to control various behaviors and features of chat is necessary for our business. What do you dislike about Searchanise? The cost is a little prohibitive. Serious performance issues

I really wanted to use and love Searchanise but after failing many performance hits we had to find another solution. I hope they can sort out their performance issues, but it seems support is unwilling to assist. I would think they would aim to build the tool to current performance standards for the web, but I guess that isn't a priority for them.

I really dislike the fact that Searchanise caused my site to fail many performance tests due to the way it loads and unfortunately they were not willing to improve the tool to fix things.
