Before buying into seamless.ai, read this review
Terrible experience!!! They hide that their contract is 12 months and even worse, on the last month when you can finally cancel, they state that you have to give them a 60 day notice. Terrible company ethics. Don't use.

Auto-Renews for a Contract????
I knowingly signed up for a 1 year contract with Seamless, and paid every month. Turns out I didn't use it as much as I thought I would, and so when the year was done, I requested to cancel the account on 8/27.I never received a response, and was auto-billed again on 9/27. Had a pretty bad experience…
Had a pretty bad experience using Seamless when it came to their billing. I had a team member sign up for their service and leave two months later. Turns out everyone that signs up for Seamless is on an annual plan by default - they hide it in their terms of service. I went to cancel the account and just got templated messages saying "you signed up for an annual plan". I ask politely to leave but I guess this is how they want to do business. Very Worst Customer Experience of All Time
The fact that their cancelation process is (a) impossible to find (b) requires you to autorenew (c) requires 60 days advance WRITTEN notice for cancelation (d) has THREE forms to complete once written notice is received (e) requires a SECOND communication with the support team prior to cancelation is anti-business, anti-entrepreneur, and the lowest integrity customer experience I've ever had in my entire life. This company has one of the worst…
This company has one of the worst customer service and business practices. We signed up for a monthly service and stopped using it because their app stopped working as advertised, and we reached out to cancel, and they told us that it is a yearly commitment (sign up for a monthly subscription). They even threaten you with collections. VERY poor business practices. Stay away.

Very predatory sales and billing tactics
Very predatory sales tactics. We were told it was $97/month so we decided to give it a try. Our sales rep told us that the online system was down so he asked if he could take the payment over the phone. I reluctantly agreed. At no point did he mention that it was a year-long contract that we were getting locked into, and that it would auto-renew. Not worth it and No morals..
I had joined Seamless at my previous company, but was let go due to COVID-19. When I reached out to Seamless, they told me there's nothing they could do. EVEN THOUGH I do not have access to that email account anymore. They are comfortable continuing to bill $170 a month for absolutely nothing. Totally concur with all the poor reviews already posted. Worse the emails supplied by their system are not correct and have a 70% bounce rate. Unfortunately I didn't check their reviews and signed 1 year. Tried to cancel but they auto charged my card the 2nd year.Now they won't refund it. Any platform that needs to revert to these low life tactics to keep sales flow has no ethics, is a total scam.No wonder the owners of seamless.ai operate in fear and need to scam their way to earn their ...

Be aware of this company
Be aware of this company, ready your agreement and do not trust them with your credit card, it's not worth the money you are paying for We do need 60-days notice to make any changes to the account, including setting the account to cancel, per our terms of service.Apollo.io is much better and worth the money STAY AWAY

This is a terrible platform and company. They are trying to charge me for an entire year even though my cancellation request is before my contract end date. Such awful contract terms, predatory. Would never do business with them or work for them.
