Scamming people with loopholes..

Scamming people money from subscriptions with loopholes for cancellation. They make it very difficult to cancel subscriptions, going back and forth via e-mail that takes up to 7 working days for a reply and asking new questions everytime. In the end, they couldn't find my details and the payment kept going month after month. I had to call the bank to cancel it, it was cancelled and blocked last september successfully but they started taking money from my account again this year in April. ...

Its subscription is terrible. The customer service is perfect

Its subscription is terrible. I subscribed my account on November for one month trial. They renew my subscription until April without any awareness. After some emails that transfer between us, they refund most of my payments. I think their mail sender need debugging, although the customer service is brilliant.

Unauthorised charges on my credit card! I followed some links to "free" documents on scribd a while back. Now there are charges appearing on my credit card. Did I give them permission? Well whenever I sign up for an account anywhere I do these things: 1) I use the "+" feature of gmail to identify the company eg myemail+scribd at gmail. There isn't a 0 so I give it a 1. Despite the fact that I tried in several occasions to cancel this subscription that I've barely used 3 times in one week in 2021...they still robbing me on the 3rd year now. Been cancelled their subscription with barclays, as none are answering but a month later they still taking money out as they got my details. No replies whatsoever, proper scammers. I will contact ombudsman.
