I was charged on april 29,2024, and May 2024 of a subscription. I dont even have an account them and was never subscribed.I don't know how Scribd gets access to personal information. They charged me without my consent, poor costumer service, they make it difficult to cancel, there's no way to do so. The website is a scam.

I found a double charge for 3 months on my bank statement. Within 48 hours they helped me identify the accounts, discovered them to be fraudulent, closed the accounts and had all my money back in my account. Thanks team!

Please Scribd, don't ever change
I am in love with this app! It is not for everyone, though... I mean, we can't all be Spiderman ["with great power comes great responsibilty"]. So, before anybody goes and hates on the only outlet I have to learn, laugh and feel connected with this everchanging world that's becoming an evolving disappointment, please realize that just because we can't all be Spiderman doesn't mean that we don't need one, either.

Terrible system of login
I used it many years and I was happy with that, but their system of multifactor authentification sucks. It is the worst thing I have ever seen. It is impossible login without email and special codes and everything needs verification. Just terrible. I canceled it.

They canceled my subscription because…
They canceled my subscription because they said I don't have a valid payement... but I payed with paypal from the beginnimg in 2018! Now it asks if I want to renew my subscription.. but the price is not the same as before! Ah, I forgot, if I send a mail to the support service it comes back saying the address is invalid! This is revolting. Going back to Amazon. You pay good money but you get honest and nice service!

Scamming people with loopholes..
Scamming people money from subscriptions with loopholes for cancellation. They make it very difficult to cancel subscriptions, going back and forth via e-mail that takes up to 7 working days for a reply and asking new questions everytime. In the end, they couldn't find my details and the payment kept going month after month. I had to call the bank to cancel it, it was cancelled and blocked last september successfully but they started taking money from my account again this year in April. ...
