Incredible this company :(
Incredible this company! They are just taking money out of my account without any notification. I never used them! To check them out, you must make an account that says IT's FREE 30 DAYS! I didn't like it, so I cancelled straight away. I was charged for two months in a row. I sent them an email, and they replied with standard information saying that they would NOT REFUND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE IF MORE THAN 30 DAYS PAST SINCE THE LAST CHARGE. I did not see the payment as it was with my Paypal.

I only used the free trial and during the trial I cancelled my membership. still I was charged for 12 months' worth of subscription without notification via any means. I found out when I checked my bank statements. Dont try free trials. It is complete scam!

Thieves who don't care about copyright laws
Well I need to write a "honest, helpful and constructive" review it's said. Honest it is. I'm absolutely shocked to see many scientific books written by my mother on Scribd without any permission granted from her part. Copyright infringement everywhere. Scribd doesn't care, they said it's the user (people who uploaded the books) fault. So let's put it like this. Avoid any association with this business. Obtained my details, took payment for a service which was not used. Refused to give my money back. Awful way to operate a business.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! IT'S A RIP OFF! They noticed that the services were not being utilized; however, they still wouldn't provide a refund for the 6 months charged! Companies like this shouldn't be able to get away with this. Especially if they can see there's no login activity.

I was charged on april 29,2024
I was charged on april 29,2024, and May 2024 of a subscription. I dont even have an account them and was never subscribed.I don't know how Scribd gets access to personal information. They charged me without my consent, poor costumer service, they make it difficult to cancel, there's no way to do so. The website is a scam.
