Scratch pad helps take the busy work out of sales and allows me to focus on selling. I use this product every single day religoulsly. I always have a pulse on my pipeline without having to comb through dozens of reports. Have already reccomended this product to many others and will continue to do so!

What do you like best about Scratchpad? Scratchpad makes it easy to update my notes, stay on top of all my accounts and ultimately make it really easy to share information with the entire company. I've been complemented on my notes and the details within them and the primary factor is scratchpad. Instead of opening up my Notion or Notes app when speaking to a customer, I type directly into Scratchpad and thus salesforce.

What do you like best about Scratchpad? We use Scratchpad for all of our sales calls. Notes are shareable with colleagues in other departments (Customer Success, Support, etc.,). You can update Salesforce directly from your call notes. No more dreaded "another user edited this record" causing you to have to re-input everything. You can also update your entire pipeline directly from the interface without going into SFDC.
