What do you like best about Scratchpad? -Scratchpad was easy to set up, I was able to start with one of our public reports and make it my own -I am able to create reports to share information with my managers

What do you like best about Scratchpad? Straightforward to implement and integrate with Salesforce. Easy to build/customize reports for managers and admins. Easy to group fields for easy checks/updates and train end users to make updates that sync back to Salesforce. Phenomenal customer support—the best I've ever seen from a software company.

What do you like best about Scratchpad? I love being able to update my pipe with being able to just look at the fields that I need. I don't have to scroll up and down SFDC. Its all just right there.

"If you do a weekly info dump into notes/salesforce/crm... this is for you."
What do you like best about Scratchpad? I used to handwrite my notes in a notebook, and then 1 hour before my scheduled forecast call I would race to update everything in Saleforce. By the time I load all the opportunities in separate tabs, I go get a coffee, and then come back and hope the tabs are loaded.

"I'm 10 times faster."
What do you like best about Scratchpad? I'm not sure why Salesforce has such a clunky UI. I found myself so frustrated with clicking in and out of fields that need to be updated. I never understood why I couldn't generate a report and then update the fields in the report. Salesforce is a great tool, but frustrating to use without something like Scratchpad. "Saving your working time!"
What do you like best about Scratchpad? Scratchpad is really intuitive. If I want to update something, I just need to click in that field thne update. If I want to create something, just push Ctrl+J. Response time is crucial. Scratchpad is really fast.

"Scratchpad is a game changer for all sales reps"
What do you like best about Scratchpad? Scratchpad has helped our organization by greatly reducing the time it takes for reps to update their Opps in Salesforce, and therefore also helping maintain our pipeline information as updated as ever. The views that Scratchpad offers make it a very valuable tool both for reps to complete their pipeline information, and for managers to be able to do pipeline reviews.

"Incredible Time Saver"
What do you like best about Scratchpad? I love that Scratchpad save me time updating SalesForce records. I love and miss the spreadsheet days where I could see everything at a glance and allow me to customize my views of data. This allow me to organize information where I like it. I use it everyday and it's so easy to setup.
