"Scratchpad makes my life easier"
What do you like best about Scratchpad? Scratchpad is easy to use and learn. As a sales rep I would be using Salesforce everyday but somedays I find my not using SFDC because of my scratchpad usage! With scratchpad it also enables me to cut through the fluff and see/action what I need/want.

"Scratchpad saves sales reps tons of time updating Salesforce"
What do you like best about Scratchpad? We use Scratchpad for all of our sales calls. Notes are shareable with colleagues in other departments (Customer Success, Support, etc.,). You can update Salesforce directly from your call notes. No more dreaded "another user edited this record" causing you to have to re-input everything. You can also update your entire pipeline directly from the interface without going into SFDC.

"The perfect "Home Base" for salespeople"
What do you like best about Scratchpad? Scratchpad has been my home base for any and all of my day-to-day outbound activities. I love that scratchpad connects with salesforce and my google calendar so I know exactly how many tasks I need to get done at any given time. This helps with time-blocking and scheduling out my week. I also love the pipeline view, and the ability to link notes directly to contacts/leads/accounts in salesforce.

What do you like best about Scratchpad? Customizable dashboards that allow you to build the exact view that you are looking for. Quick keys for creating opps, tasks, notes. Ease of use is off the charts.

What do you like best about Scratchpad? I love how easy it is to use, and the support has been second to none! The rapid access to my Sales Force information, ease to update, and staying compliant with management directives every step of the way are priceless. When I have had a challenge doing something in Scratchpad the support team has been right there in short order with a tutorial or pointer to move me forward.
