I think, ironically, what I like best about Scoro isn't even its flexibility—which is definitely there and definitely superior—but how tuned-in their customer service department is to my team. What do you like best about Scoro? I like that Scoro is cloud-based, so we can access it from anywhere. Having our projects organized, and being able to track time to subtasks within the project is so helpful for us to collaborate and track our time efficiency.

Transparency is also a virtue. We appreciate the ability to approve and conduct online evaluations. What do you like best about Scoro? It's easy to use, it is well thought out, with access to other areas of the system in any window. I love the planner with auto planning assistance, the video tutorials, and help, actually do just that 'help' unlike some other software companies.

What do you like best about Scoro? It is all in one place. There are still some quirks in how it likes things organized but when you map to that, it becomes a very useful tool.
