I do not recommend this platform at all…
I do not recommend this platform at all and I confirm everything mentioned in the comments. The platform has many bugs. I've encountered problems several times right before making publications, leading to a rejection due to these bugs and non-compliant templates. The templates are not updated. Many features do not work. If you are not satisfied, no refund will be provided. The customer service is terrible.

Stay away from this website
Stay away from this website. I made a subscription for a year for 96 USD. Despite their website saying that cancellations within 14 days will be refunded, I cancelled within 2 days due to poor results and they claimed no refund will be issued since I "used" the service. I complained a bit louder and they only refunded 76$. This is predatory behaviour, to be honest.

Stay away from this website. They keep charging me even i cancel the subscription, and you can never reach the support from them. Be careful!!!!
