What do you like best? We use it for numerous auctions and events throughout the year. I most appreciate their customer service. They are very responsive and have worked with us on specific issues. The user documentation is also very good. Events and auctions are easy to set up and reporting is robust. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It organizes the tasks needed to run a successful auction. There are so many things we can do with the program. I am sure that next year, I will "discover" more ways to use it. What do you like best? I like how easy it is for event attendees to use the online auction software from their phones What do you dislike? The only issue I had was with adding donors for the live auction items, I didn't like how you had to group them all together in advance. User friendly!

What do you like best? The site is super easy for our volunteers to quickly be trained! After our first year, duplicating donor names, etc... makes creating events even easier! ALSO the reports you can run DURING and AFTER the event are awesome. We can tell how well we are doing from the moment the auction bidding opens! What do you like best? Building Catalog is easy. Check-In and Check-Out have been easier with the ability to send emails that include the personal links for both check in and out.
