What do you like best? I like how user friendly it is. When my manager is making schedules, s/he is able to see how many hours everyone is working that week, as well as who is and is not able to work. Love it! What do you dislike? What do you like best? I can check my schedule anytime and I can pick up shifts that other people can’t work! What do you dislike? I don’t like that I can’t invite people to take my shift one on one and leave it open to anyone at the same time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can communicate with my co-workers through a work app. I don’t have to worry about tracking down their information.
