Good MDM Solution

What do you like best? Ease of use and setup. I reviewed many different vendors and found scalefusion to be the most intuitive and easy to setup. What do you dislike? I'd really like to see a logging module put into the system. Currently there is no way to pull the logcat output of a device for debugging. What problems are you solving with the product?
