Easy to configure and Awesome Customer Service

What do you like best? Easy product to administer and if you do run into issues, their customer service is awesome and very timely. They respond in under 5 min to chat requests and use screen sharing and video to correct any and all issues. We are rolling this out to 1000 devices in the company and the process has gone very well. What do you like best? The support we receive from the Scalefusion team has been superb. Our organisation relies heavily on the Scalefusion platform and the services it provides. without the help the team, we would be struggling to get our product out in time and in a manner that is fit purpose. What do you like best? The quick responses to all problems that have come within Scalefusion, the team is very knowledgeable and our issues are handled in a timely matter. What do you dislike? This is a quality product and company. They provide great customer service and support.

What do you like best? Scalefusion allows us to lock down our tablets to only run our own applications. Also, the ability to publish our software updates to groups and profiles is extremely helpful. Delivers as promised

What do you like best? Without a password I was UNABLE to do a master reset on my Android device. Perfect! Thank you. Our subscription had lapsed as we transitioned to a Windows-based tablet. When I attempted to reset tablets to factory settings I did not have passwords and no access on the website as our subscription had expired. What do you like best? I find that the employees are very helpful. i have been working with Dushyant and ABishkek whenever i need heplp, and they are so very helpful.
