PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We acquired Scalefusion a few years back. One of the reasons why we decided to stick with the product is because of its excellent features and an amazing team of customer service representatives. Our business relies on Scalefusion to ensure that our employees are only using tools and sites that are allowed by the company. Installation process is super easy plus the support is wonderfully overwhelming.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Installation of the product was as smooth as we could imagine. Very easy to understand and learn from a non-technical user perspective. I love that we're getting fast responses from their support personnel whenever we have immediate concerns about the product. We find Scalefusion very useful in controlling employee access to devices. Also, thumbs up to its support team.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? One of the things that I like the most about this app is it's easy to configure and use. All I need is for employees not to have access to social media accounts, Google, games, and other non-work-related stuff so they can focus on their tasks. What do you like best? The support team is just amazing. I have interacted with Mohina, Ajay Tambe, Abhishek Deshkar and Vinayak (in this particular order), and all of them are extremely competent and compassionate, and know that a new user needs a lot of hand holding. Product works great and customer support is prompt and helpful

What do you like best? The platform UI looks great and is intuitive to use. All of the major features my business needed were there, without the need for complex configuration. Initial setup (device enrollment) is done with ease and it just works. The feature that surprised me the most was "Remote Cast".
