The worst experience I have had with an accounting package

What do you like best? The salespeople are friendly. They do a great job of selling it to you, but after that you are on your own. What do you dislike? They lock you in for a year so you have no leverage if you don't like it. High turnover of employees makes it hard to establish a consistent contact. Perfectly adequate for outsourced accounting.

What do you like best? Large team means I don't have to worry about an in-house person taking a day off. What do you dislike? Responsiveness can be a little slow sometimes, and questions take a while. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As a small company I had one bookkeeper. If he got sick or took time off, I had no one. Scale Factor gives me access to a team.
