Simple, useful and productive

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? When I started with Sauce Labs, I found that their customer support was unresponsive if the fix wasn’t worth it or if you already signed for a contract. But, they changed their behavior and strategies, and they turn into a company that listens its customers and their needs. They created special site for their users, where they get suggestions and help from them in order to become better. After this, my confidence with Sauce Labs has ...

We are very satisfied with Sauce

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Sauce Labs is smart app that allows me to tackle all testing challenges I have. It offers many testing platforms. I use this software because of the mindset on device, easy to set up, better communication with my account team, pricing and technology. Even though their device list is not as big as the list from other vendor, I don’t have to wait for each device to run on, I can do it whenever I want on the device I want. The other ...

SauceLabs is a nice friend for a SDET

What do you like best? Easy cross-browser and device testing farm!!

What do you like best? Maintaining many environments for test is a bear. These guys make it so easy with their CI integration that you can have tests going in a few hours! What do you dislike? SauceConnect could have more options, but I have seen lately that these are improving. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It makes my life much easier. Now that we have an enterprise license, we no longer have to worry about minutes each month!

Sauce Labs provides free testing version

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? What I love about Sauce Labs is the fact that offers free version for testing open source projects (of course with limited resources. It provides great integration with Travis-CI and there are adapters for all types of JS test runners. So I choose SL for my JuiceShop projects, and I am able to get my tests run on multiple browsers and OS combinations. Also, I am provided with full end-to-end test suite that is written on Sauce Labs ...

A necessity for left-shifted, continuous testing

What do you like best? Of all services explored, Sauce Labs offers the single best solution for integrating deep automated browser testing in a CI/CD pipeline, and integrates best with Jenkins. The Jenkins UI plugin offers a way to easily configure browser settings for tests being executed continuously. The Sauce Connect Proxy is a necessary technology for companies who have firewalled testing environments, as well as localhost testing. Test reports (that also integrate seamlessly with ...

What do you like best? Cloud testing. Performance testing and real device testing support What do you dislike? Sauce labs should support the farm testing where we can test all more than one device at a time. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using for the Video on demand service. Which is very helpful to release a bug free app to the customers.

Great service, but they need to improve their support

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? With SauceLabs we had the opportunity to scale our automated tests for web application UI to several browsers so it was difficult because we were forced to implement browser-specific forks in our code, but it was very easy to achieve that with its unified API, instead of setting up several environments on our testing servers. We were able to catch the traffic that our app produces on Sauce Cloud machines for testing, using this nice ...

Understandable and easy to use product for site testing

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Sauce’s service is straightforward to use and is consolidated with the tests that exist. To add, the customer service is magnificent and I like when they are coordinated with the testing and DevOps industry What aspects are problematic or could work better? There is nothing much I do not like, except the problem with their manual VMs that are very slow to use and it would be great if they could make their design better. What ...
