What do you like best? Parallelism, Speed, combinations of OS, browsers and devices available. What do you dislike? Connection issues few times and no options to skip the tests when failed due to connection errors. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Continuous testing through t out the stages of SDLC and we are able to push code to PROD everyday because of the short test cycles for our regression and smoke.

What do you like best? I like the fact that I don't have to maintain my own test infrastructure to get tests up and running. One thing that Sauce Labs does very well is continuing to provide education for technological products, so that we stay up to speed and are even able to learn new things that we never knew before.
